I originally first created N-13 news a few years ago as a sort of test just to see if I could while learning PHP. Once I realised I could I then started adding new features to it and gave it away for free for people to use. As time went on I started devoting less time to the project and would often stop working on it altogether. I'll still update it when needed to fix any problems that arise. With that said, the latest version of N-13 News doesn't have all the features I originally planned for it, mainly because it would take quite some time to add the rest of the features and you've already waited long enough for this version.
