It's been years since I've used paypal within a site, but I'm pretty sure the tools to do that are already available by logging into your paypal account and finding the developer section.

They do, i have the part where u can add a custom ammount, but i want it so it has the goal meters thing he has, and the top donators. I know the owner but he won't sell it. =P and i don't think i'm that good at php yet.
