Install Error - Step 0

I can't install the script.
In the step 0 I have no languages to select

Try editing either mysql.php or mysqli.php depending on which one you plan on using. replace the phrase

I now did a crazy thing.
Uploaded the backup of the db (3.3) and runned the update. And now everything's fine.
