Time zone problem.

I get this message when i load the system now:

And this makes it impossible to work. It logs me out everytime. Any ideas?

RESOLVED by adding

date.timezone = "UTC"

to the php.ini file within the N-13 folder

But the system keeps logging me out after each action. Any ideas?
